Happy birthday, sweethearts!

I can't believe my babies are growing up so fast! Two years old already - what's that in cat years? Like, fourteen? My gosh. They'll be going off to college before we know it.

Since they have a pretty great life already, it's actually hard to find a way to celebrate their second birthday. They're like, "yeah yeah, the sun is shining and we get to play outside all day, eat our favorite food and then have a complete cuddling frenzy tonight and fall asleep together in a real pile. Our mommy and daddy will hug us, kiss us, play with us and tell us they love us a trillion times. What else is new?!". So adorably spoiled. In this case, I really can't see how that's a bad thing.

Do something worthwhile today.

Right now there is a Swedish campaign from UNICEF, where 95 children will be vaccinated against tetanus for every published blog post. I've come in contact with all the incredible work that UNICEF does for children across the globe through my mother, who is a UNICEF ambassador, and I am completely amazed by their commitment, their passion and all the good they manage to accomplish for those who need it the most.

Reminders.

I don't know... Somehow, seeing my life through my instagram photos really makes me realize just how much I appreciate it.

Life, if I don't tell you often enough: I truly and honestly do love you. No, not everything about you, but a whole lot. And your bright sides surely overshadow the shitty parts. Which is an impressive accomplishment, since the shitty parts happen to be extremely crappy.

...simply because I happen to be blessed with the prettiest cats in the entire universe.
